The Public Broadcasting System (PBS) asked Billy Riggs to do a 90 Minute television special featuring "The Power of a PMA (Positively Magical Attitude!)"  It was taped on June 23, 2007 in Los Angeles, and aired for the first time in Los Angeles in September of that year.
